Climbing the Eiffel Tower
The Eiffel Tower is the most famous landmark in Paris. Whether you admire this iron lady from below or embrace the challenge to climb to the top, this monument is an absolute must-see. You can reach the top by stairs or by lift. Pause on the first floor (57 metres above ground) to see the glass floor and take some fun photos. There is also a terrace where you can take a break. Continue to the second floor (115 metres above the ground) for an impressive view. From here you have a prime view of the city's impressive architecture. Grab your camera and look for famous monuments, such as the Louvre, the Notre-Dame or the Sacré-Coeur in Montmartre. Ready to go all the way? The third and final floor is just below the top of the Eiffel Tower, 276 metres high. Here you can visit Gustave Eiffel's office. There is also a champagne bar where you can raise a glass of bubbly to conquering the top!
