As of 27 July, the Netherlands will change its travel advisories for countries within the European Union. As a result, many countries in Europe will be green or yellow. With Transavia Holidays you can go on holiday to a destination with colour code yellow or green.

At the bottom of this page you will find an overview of the destinations per country that you can book with Transavia Holidays. You will also find the dates as of which you can book a holiday with Transavia Holidays.

Is the travel advisory for your destination code orange at least one week before departure or does it change at the last minute? Then we will be forced to cancel your holiday. With our money-back guarantee, you will receive a full refund of the entire travel sum.

Preparing for your trip

Are you going on a trip soon? During corona, the travel preparations are a bit different than what you are used to. Below you will find a useful step-by-step plan and some tips.

1. Before you leave, check the entry requirements for your destination and the travel advisory issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at www.nederlandwereldwijd.nl. Make sure you have the right documents for your trip.

2. Sometimes you will need additional documents. You can find these below under 'Rules per country'.

3. Are you flying to or from a Dutch airport? Then you have to fill in a health declaration. You don't need to take a printed document with you. The declaration is part of the online check-in. Are you checking in at the airport? Then you must fill in the declaration at the check-in desk.

4. You may also have to fill in additional forms on board. So before departure make sure you put a pen in your hand luggage.

Digitaal Corona Certificaat (DCC)

Are you travelling within the European Union or to Norway, Iceland or Switzerland? Then you usually need a negative test result or a vaccination certificate. Or proof that you have recovered from corona. With the CoronaCheck app, you can show digital proof with a QR code.

Please note: scanning the QR code is not always possible, so make sure to carry a paper version of your vaccination certificate (yellow booklet), negative test result or recovery certificate!

Covid tests for travellers

Do you need a corona test for your trip? Make sure you follow the correct procedure so your test result complies with the specific travel regulations.
